You need the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or higher and DirectX9 or higher.
Installation: 1. Download the installer file DAVID_Setup_2_4_9.exe.
2. Launch it (you will need administrator rights).
3. Choose standard windows installation (will create start menu entries) or extraction only.
(4. Purchase a DAVID Professional Edition license file and put it into your DAVID folder
to activate all full-version features.)

Download this example videos and load it with DAVID.
It shows a scan of our angel figure using a monochrom 1024x768 firewire camera and a red focusable line laser.
In this way, you can "scan" our angel and calculate 3D data as if you were using your own camera and laser!
Prerequisites for execution:
You need an WVM (Windows Media Video) compliant decoder.
Instruction: 1. Download the zip file above and extract it to a folder on your hard disk.
2. Start DAVID and choose the "DAVID Video Grabber" as camera source.
3. Select angel_calib_wmv.avi as input file and calibrate the camera.
4. Press "Camera settings..." and select angel_scan_wmv.avi as input file.
5. Start scan, wait a few seconds, press "Interpolate" and "Show 3D".
