Delete the default cube and import your .obj file into blender.
The default settings.
Adjust your view if you need and right click to select your model.
Click on the shading button or hit F5 on your keyboard.
Click on add new
Click the texture button or F6 on your keyboard.
Click texture - add new
Choose image from the dropdown box under texture type.
Click load and browse to the image texture bmp that was saved with your scanned object.
Click the material button or f5 again.
Click the map input tab.
Click uv.
Change the draw type to shaded to see the object with texture.
